Regulatory Notes
Home occupations are permitted up to 25% of built-up area. Industry, warehousing, wholesale trade and hazardous uses are strictly prohibited. Commercial uses limited to neighbourhood convenience scale only.
Open Space & Amenity Standards
Every group housing scheme must reserve a minimum percentage of plot area as common recreational space, in addition to setbacks. Active children's play areas must be at-grade and shaded.
